Each Credit creates one private Moment with up to six Candidate Images and one Final Image. Every result is imagined, not a real photograph; reference photos do not guarantee likeness accuracy.

Credits, delivery, and refunds

Before a Moment begins: one Credit is reserved when you confirm its locked photos and instructions. It is consumed only after the first valid Candidate Image is privately delivered.

If something goes wrong: a technical failure or locked-source deletion before the first Candidate is delivered returns the Reserved Credit to Available. Duplicate charges are reviewed against Stripe records. Leaving before confirmation reserves nothing; dissatisfaction with an imagined result is not an automatic refund.

After a Permanent Generation Ban: unused purchased Credits are refunded to their original payment methods; Consumed Credits are not. An open payment dispute or Child Safety Hold pauses settlement.

Private checkout: Stripe collects payment details; Reverie Memories does not store card details. For billing help, share a purchase date or receipt status—not private photos, prompts, or payment details.

What you receive: every Candidate and Final Image is AI-generated and imagined, not a real photograph. Reference photos add context but do not guarantee likeness accuracy.
