1. Who may use Reverie Memories

Reverie Memories is for adults creating private imagined-memory images for personal reflection. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live and can enter this agreement. The service is not directed to children under 13.

If you submit information or photos involving a minor, you must be the parent, guardian, or otherwise have the required authority and consent. You may not use Reverie Memories to sexualize, exploit, harass, impersonate, or publicly misrepresent any person, including a child.

2. What the service does

Reverie Memories helps you combine a moment photo, a person photo, and a short note into a private imagined image. Generated images are AI-generated imagined images, not real photographs, recovered memories, verified depictions, or proof that an event happened.

Reference photos and notes provide context. They do not guarantee identity accuracy, likeness accuracy, emotional appropriateness, or a factual reconstruction of any real event.

3. Your photos, notes, and rights

You keep the rights you already have in photos, prompts, notes, and generated results. You give Reverie Memories a limited permission to host, process, transform, display to you, moderate, secure, troubleshoot, and delete that material only as needed to provide and protect the service.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the right, permission, or required consent to upload and use every photo, prompt, and piece of information you submit.

4. Private use and disclosure

Reverie Memories is private by default. You may download a generated image for personal use, but you must keep clear disclosure with it: the image is imagined and AI-generated, not a real photograph.

You may not present generated results as real photographs, verified evidence, recovered memories, identity proof, endorsements, or proof that a person attended or participated in an event.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Reverie Memories to create, upload, request, possess, distribute, or encourage:

  • sexual, nude, explicit, fetish, undress, or nudify content;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery or intimate digital forgeries;
  • sexualized minors, CSAM, or misleading sexual images involving children;
  • harassment, humiliation, threats, extortion, stalking, or coercion;
  • impersonation, fraud, deception, forged proof, or false evidence;
  • public-figure, celebrity, official, brand, or institution impersonation;
  • attempts to remove, hide, bypass, or contradict imagined-image disclosure.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may reject uploads or prompts, pause generation, remove serving access, delete content, preserve limited abuse-review records, restrict accounts, or report severe misuse when needed to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, extortion, or severe safety issues may receive emergency handling.

7. Deletion, retention, and support

You can delete moments where product deletion controls are available. Deletion removes account-visible access and follows the implemented D1/R2 deletion workflow. Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, abuse review, legal compliance, operational audit, or deletion tombstones.

Support and reports should start with non-sensitive information. Do not send private photos, prompts, account secrets, payment details, raw object keys, or deeply personal grief details unless a trained support process specifically asks for them.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains what information Reverie Memories collects, how it is used, where it is processed, and how to request access, correction, deletion, or review. These Terms do not require you to waive privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Beta service and payments

Reverie Memories is in a limited beta/MVP stage. Features may be incomplete, paused, changed, or unavailable. No live billing is enabled in the current MVP, and Reverie Memories does not collect or store payment card details.

Any future paid credits, checkout, refunds, or billing support must be shown before purchase and will need additional reviewed terms.

10. No professional advice or emergency service

Reverie Memories is not therapy, bereavement care, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, or an emergency reporting service. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as available and without guarantees of uninterrupted access, generated-output quality, likeness accuracy, factual accuracy, emotional suitability, or permanent availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reverie Memories is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes should be presented before they apply to new use that depends on the changed terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law gives you non-waivable rights.

Questions, privacy requests, and safety reports should start through the Reverie Memories report form.
